Mr Ray

I became the owner of our school in 2009. Initially, my children attended here as well, which made the experience extra special. Now that they’re older, I truly enjoy getting to know so many families and watching the children grow and change as they move through the school. A little about me: my favorite color is green! I was born in Long Island, NY, and raised in New Jersey. I raised my boys to be die-hard New York Giants and Mets fans, but I always cheer for OSU, where my wife, Lisa, graduated.

Ms Mandy

Mandy has been part of the school community since 2001 and loves watching children learn and grow. She enjoys discovering each child’s unique personality and cherishes the many memories made over the years. As a proud mom of four, caring for children is her greatest joy. Mandy is excited to continue building strong relationships with families every day.

Ms Nicole

Nicole has been part of The Goddard School community since October 2013. She loves the smiles, hugs, and high fives that fill each day and enjoys watching her students grow and learn. Pink is her favorite color, and her daughter, Ella, is her greatest joy. Ms. Cole is excited to continue creating lasting memories and strong connections with children and families.

Ms Diane

Diane has been a beloved member of The Goddard School family since it opened in January 2001. She has spent her entire Goddard career in the Infant Room, where her passion for nurturing and caring for the youngest learners truly shines. Diane treasures every child she’s had the joy of teaching and watching grow over the years. Originally from England, Diane moved to the U.S. shortly before joining Goddard. She also loves spending time with her five granddaughters, who she’s lucky to see every day. Her favorite color is black, and her calm, caring presence makes her a cherished part of our school community.
I'sis

I’sis joined The Goddard School family in August 2025 after spending three years gaining valuable experience at another childcare center. She considers herself generous and compassionate, qualities that shine through in her work with young children. I’sis is excited to be part of our Goddard community and looks forward to guiding the toddlers as they learn, grow, and discover new things each day.
Ms Kendall

Kenny began teaching at The Goddard School in January 2023. After many years in management within the food service industry, she decided to follow a new path—one that allows her to learn and grow alongside children every day. She considers herself patient and a good listener, two qualities that make her a wonderful teacher and mentor. Kenny loves meeting and talking with new people, and her favorite movie is The Polar Express—especially the quote, “No matter what, I’ll always believe.”
Ms Kennedy

Kennedy joined The Goddard School family in March 2023 after spending two years at another childcare center. She has a true passion for working with children and is also a proud mom, which deepens her connection to the families she works with every day. Family-oriented, social, and authentic, Kennedy brings warmth and positivity to the classroom. She’s excited to watch the children at Goddard learn, grow, and reach new milestones.
Ms Megan

Megan joined The Goddard School family in October 2024. She brings several years of childcare experience along with a background in hotel management. Megan is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment for children to learn and grow. Above all, she takes the greatest pride in being a mom—something that inspires her every day in the classroom. Known for her reliability and selfless nature, Megan is excited to be part of the Goddard family and to help make each day special for the children in her care.
Ms Mikayla

Mikayla joined The Goddard School family in September 2023. After attending Ohio University, she moved to the area and quickly found her place working with children—a lifelong passion of hers. Known for her compassion and strong work ethic, Mikayla brings warmth and dedication to everything she does. One of her favorite quotes is, “Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.” It’s a message she carries with her both in and out of the classroom.
Ms Molly

Molly joined The Goddard School family in July 2020 after previously working in another preschool setting before the pandemic. She has loved getting to know the children and spending time playing, learning, and growing alongside them. Her favorite color is purple, and a fun fact about Molly is that she once worked at Walt Disney World in Florida! Her cheerful spirit and enthusiasm make her a wonderful part of our Goddard community.

Ms Ashley

Ashley joined The Goddard School in January 2017 and has loved every moment since. She has built wonderful connections with her Panda babies and their families, and the bond they share is truly special. Ashley’s favorite color is purple, and she loves anything sparkly! Outside of the classroom, she is a proud mom to two amazing children, Trey and Aaliyah. Aaliyah is a talented all-star cheerleader, and Trey is an academic scholar who also enjoys playing basketball.
Ms Caitlin

Caitlin joined The Goddard School family in April 2024. She has always enjoyed working with children in a variety of settings and loves bringing creativity and energy to the classroom. Outside of school, Caitlin plays in a band made up of Ohio State alumni to raise money for Children’s Hospital and Ronald McDonald House charities. She considers herself fun and caring and is excited to be a part of the Goddard family.
Ms Danielle

Danielle joined The Goddard School family in April 2024. As one of nine siblings, she’s always loved being around children and is planning to continue her education in Early Childhood Development. She considers herself compassionate and has a deep love for reading—she proudly calls herself a bookworm! Her favorite childhood books were The Magic Treehouse series. Danielle is excited to be part of the Goddard team and to help inspire a love of learning in every child she meets.
Ms Emma

Emma joined The Goddard School family in October 2024. A graduate of Ohio University, she has a passion for storytelling and believes it is important for everyone’s story to be heard and celebrated. She considers herself optimistic and committed to personal growth. Emma’s favorite childhood book is Goodnight Moon, and she brings her love of stories and creativity to the classroom every day.
Ms Lauren

Lauren joined The Goddard School family in August 2024. She has always felt a natural connection with children and loves witnessing those special moments when something “clicks” and they truly understand. Lauren’s passion for learning extends beyond the classroom—she hopes to one day travel to Rome to continue her History degree and eventually become a college professor. Her curiosity and love of discovery make her a wonderful addition to our Goddard community.
Ms Marie

Marie joined The Goddard School family in September 2018. She loves witnessing the joy of children, especially when the class breaks out in spontaneous laughter—it makes the school feel like a true family. She also treasures the fond memories she has built alongside her colleagues over the years. Marie’s favorite colors are blue and black, and a fun fact about her is that she is superstitious! Her cheerful personality and sense of humor make her a cherished part of our Goddard community.
Ms Sara

Sara joined The Goddard School family in August 2023. She plans to continue her education in child care and is excited to gain hands-on experience working with children while growing in her career. Known for being caring and dependable, Sara brings warmth and positivity to the classroom every day. She also loves movies—especially comedies—and enjoys sharing her cheerful personality with the Goddard community.

Ms Celestia

Celestia joined The Goddard School family in April 2021. She has previous experience working at Columbus Colony and Otterbein New Albany Senior Life, and she is excited to now bring her energy and care to young children. She loves experiencing all ages and learning from each stage of life. Celestia is a twin, like her mother, and her favorite color is pink. Her favorite childhood book is Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? She enjoys sharing her warmth and enthusiasm with the children every day.
Ms Shameca

Shameca joined The Goddard School family in January 2024. She was born in the Caribbean and moved to Ohio from Florida. Currently, she is pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice with the goal of working with troubled youth in the future. Shameca considers herself outgoing and nurturing. One of her favorite quotes is, “Life is a journey, not a destination.” She brings her warmth and enthusiasm to the classroom every day and is excited to be part of the Goddard community.
Ms Sharon

Sharon is excited to be part of The Goddard School family and to work with the children in her care. She describes herself as kind and reserved and brings many years of experience from previous preschool settings, including several years in the Sprouts room at the Westerville Recreation Center. Her favorite books are any about Winnie the Pooh, and she loves sharing her warmth and love of reading with the children every day.
